Juliette Chocolate was born from a simple belief:

For thousands of years, cocoa has been one of nature's most remarkable foods. Ancient civilizations treasured cacao not simply as a luxury, but as a valuable and nourishing gift from the earth. Today, scientific research continues to explore the benefits of cocoa's naturally occurring flavanols and antioxidants, particularly for cardiovascular health when consumed as part of a balanced diet. Yet much of the chocolate sold today bears little resemblance to traditional chocolate.
Many commercial chocolate products contain large amounts of refined sugar, artificial flavours, emulsifiers, fillers and highly processed ingredients. In many cases, the cocoa—the very ingredient that makes chocolate special—has become only a small part of the product.
At the same time, new technologies are emerging to produce cultivated or laboratory-grown cocoa. While innovation has a place, we believe there will always be people who value the taste, heritage and authenticity of cocoa grown in healthy soil by skilled farmers.
That is why Juliette Chocolate was created.

Every bar is handcrafted using carefully selected natural ingredients, including premium cocoa, pure cocoa butter, natural sweeteners and real flavourings. We never create chocolate simply to satisfy a sweet tooth. We create chocolate that celebrates cocoa itself.
